Billy Kevan comments; “I have been making Colston Bassett Stilton since 1999 and it is safe to say that the sense of pride when I am fortunate enough to be able to collect an award like this never leaves me. The dairy continues to evolve and grow in a sustainable way but our cheese and the traditional hand-ladling methods remain exactly the same. To be named Supreme Champion is the greatest recognition from the judges at the Great Yorkshire Cheese & Dairy Show and is the best reward for our hard working team.”
