Colston Bassett’s centenary year celebrations continued earlier this month with cheese and beer tastings at the renowned Quo Vadis, Soho. Colston Bassett teamed up with Neal’s Yard Dairy and The Kernel Brewery to provide guests with Stilton, Shropshire Blue and beer pairings. Food and drink journalists, critics and bloggers were invited to join in the celebrations to make their own tasting notes, whilst enjoying talks from The Kernel Brewery, Neal’s Yard Dairy and Colston Bassett Dairy. Guests were also treated to a three course meal prepared by Quo Vadis head chef, Jeremy Lee. The evening was a fantastic way to celebrate 100 years of cheesemaking at Colston Bassett Dairy.
